How do I return an item I’ve ordered?

We’re sorry you’d like to return your item(s) back to us. We are happy to offer a refund on products purchased online via post. It must be returned in perfect condition (unused and in a resalable condition) together with your filled out return docket within 14 days of purchase. When we receive it, we'll get onto it as soon as possible but it can take up to 7 working days to process. We recommend sending returns to us by Special delivery if you would like it to be tracked and insured.

What do I do if I have a faulty item?

If you have a product which has developed a fault, we will do our best to get the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible. You would be entitled to either a repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the situation which would be taken on case by case.

I’ve received my delivery and only part has arrived?

On occasion, we may need dispatch orders in multiple packages from different locations. Rest assured, you only get charged once for the delivery.

How do I receive my refund back?

We refund all orders back to the original payment method whether that’s by debit or credit card or Paypal. Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days and refunds via PayPal can take 3-7 working days. If you have not received your refund within this time, it maybe worthwhile checking with your bank provider.

I received my order, but is broken.

We’re very sorry your item arrived damaged. All damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours, so we can take immediate action to getting this resolved. Please inform us by email at 4home@4home-store.com along with images and we can get this replaced or refunded for you.

 

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel my order, please call or email our customer services team on 020 8103 8709 between 9am to 5pm on weekdays (Bank Holidays excluded) or via 4home@4home-store.com Please have your order confirmation at hand to speed things up.

If your item has already been shipped before a cancellation request is completed, you will need to return the goods to us at your own cost. This would include costs for carriage paid and any additional cost accrued such as insurance. National Lighting will not cover the cost of returned goods. Please obtain proof of posting or send the item with a tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for Goods lost in transit.
