Goods which are no longer required or have been wrongly ordered will not be accepted back by Volani – Lighting Designs without written authorisation from the Customer Services department.
On receipt of a debit note, detailing why the goods are to be returned, a return note will be sent via email as authorisation to proceed.
Return of goods where correctly supplied by Volani – Lighting Designs must be returned by the customer's own carrier, the goods must be in resalable condition and the customer will incur a minimum of 15% handling charge plus the shipping costs.
Where goods are supplied incorrectly by Volani – Lighting Designs, we must be notified within 3 working days from receipt.
In the event of any goods being either lost, damaged in transit, or short supplied, to validate a claim Volani – Lighting Designs must be informed in writing within 3 working days from the date of receipt. No claim will be valid if a P.O.A is signed 'received in good condition'.
